Blog Training and How-To Guide for Business Blogging

I spent much of this morning deleting junk comments from our network - several thousand had landed in the junk pile in the last couple days - and purging junk emails.  And trying to figure out how we can prevent junk comments better.

When Akismet's working right, all is well.  When it hiccups, as it has this past few days, the blog spam problem can be nightmarish.

So any suggestions you have on that would be appreciated.  We're running a custom install of Movable Type 3.2 (soon to be 3.3).

In a few minutes here I hope to post some links I have found recently but just couldn't blog about in detail.
