Stephanie says that you can link to other blogs "either by blogging about their posts, or using your blogroll [...]. Blog authors love to see where their traffic is coming from, and if you're sending lots of folks their way, they'll notice."
Look down in the middle column of this blog and you'll see the blogroll. A blogroll is a list of links to websites (including blogs) that the blog author likes.
Yes, I know my blogroll is still empty. Time to go practice what I've preached!
