As you sow, so shall you reap. With that in mind, here are some ideas on how to pamper your blog readers:
1. Make your blog useful. Give your readers something useful - whether it be tips and suggestions, breaking news and opinions, or even just a relaxing break from their daily stress.
2. Help your readers focus. Don't distract them with a horde of flashy blog widgets. Keep your blog posts related to a specific topic - even if that topic is something broad and eclectic (like your daily life, for example). That way, readers know what to expect and can find it easily.
3. Ask your blog readers what they want. Let them tell you what they want to read about.
4. Underpromise and overdeliver. Give readers more than what they expect - but focus on adding quality rather than just adding quantity.
5. Talk about them. Most people love being talked about (as long as it's in a positive, fair way). Share a comment one of your readers recently left at your blog and elaborate on it. Or take a survey and then report back to your readers on what they're like as a group.
6. Give them gifts. Send your readers electronic or tangible gifts, thank you notes or even just appreciative emails. Of course you should take care to preserve your privacy and theirs. But nothing makes a person feel more pampered than a completely free gift.
7. Make things easier for them. Tell them exactly how to do something. Save them time and trouble. Show them where to go for help with a problem. Lift their spirits with your writing and images.

You have some helpful tips here, maybe you can help me with my blog?
I kind of started without much of a niche, and now I'm kind of stuck...
